The One With the ...Fish?

    Sushi. 

Sushi on top of a cake. 

Sushi on top of a cake made out of chocolate. 

Yeah, you read that right, you aren’t seeing things.  We were given the opportunity to make the sushi cake that you see above. The cake was Cinnamon with Hazelnut mocha. The “sushi” was made out of chocolate sponge cake with hazelnut and the “soy sauce” was spiced chocolate with a kick. 

Any guesses on what the rice is made out of?
